Look at reform from the grassroots level and see achievements from changes. In the eastern region, many private enterprises have begun to take shape after experiencing rapid development. However, the bottlenecks in land resources, labor costs and ecological environment have also become the main challenges they face. The spanformation of labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises is even more difficult. Then, in the context of China's economic spanformation and upgrading, how can private enterprises find a turning point and solve problems in the spanformation? CCTV financial channel host Wang Xiaoya and the famous financial commentator Xiang Songzuo, Liu Ge, chief economist of Agricultural Bank of China jointly commented.

From clothing to anti-cancer drugs, the development of yew has great potential. How do private enterprises invest in new biomedical industries?

Early in the morning, Xu Aihua drove from Kunshan to Wuxi to pick up the bonsai of Taxus, as a distributor. He will enter about 200000 yuan this time. At this time last year, he usually went in two months, and this year almost every 10 days will come to Wuxi. Every time Mr. Xu chooses a bonsai, he will have a red rope on it.

Xu Aihua (yew Kunshan dealer): I just play a red rope and a summary on the top, so I can go to see the next basin. When I go home, the logistics will stir up my basin.

Xu Aihua said that unlike ordinary bonsai, yew has a strong absorption capacity for formaldehyde, toluene and other harmful substances. Customers bought them in newly decorated houses and used to purify the air. Bonsai is very popular when the sprouts grow. His family's daily sales volume is over ten thousand yuan, and the sales of yew bonsai planting base is also booming. Now it can reach 200 million yuan a year.

Wang Xike (head of the yew bonsai Department): we put the red beans in accordance with the principle of Miao, so I make it into bonsai, and can also make health pillow.

Zhou Haijiang (president of the red bean group): for example, clothing has a profit margin of 5% or 10%, but it may be 50% or even higher.

In addition to making bonsai, Taxus wood is a new tree species for urban greening. During the interview, it is catching up with a truck in a meter tall forest, and talking about economic benefits. Jiang Hongzhang, who used to grow grain, said that after he converted to Yew, the revenue per mu increased by more than 20 times.

Jiang Hongzhang (yew growers): an acre land has a yearly income of six to seventy thousand yuan.

Taxol extracted from yew is an internationally recognized cancer treatment drug. But wild Taxus is very scarce and grows slowly. After investing hundreds of millions of dollars, enterprises have mastered the technology of artificial planting of yew. In this more than 2000 square meter greenhouse, Dr. Zhu's work is to study the increase of paclitaxel content through plant genetic technology.

Zhu Bofeng (yew breeding researcher): by means of genetic improvement, taxol content in Taxus can be greatly increased, so that the cost of production can be greatly reduced. In this case, when the final production is in use, the price of the preparations used in clinic will be greatly reduced. More people can afford it.

In 2010, the State Council put forward a number of opinions on encouraging and guiding the healthy development of private investment, encouraging and guiding private enterprises to vigorously develop circular economy, bio medicine and other emerging industries with potential for development. At present, private enterprises, especially the private enterprises in the East, have been faced with bottlenecks of labor, land and ecological environment after they have developed to a certain scale.

Zhou Haijiang (president of the red bean group): even if you meet the standards, the total amount is still increasing, and the total amount is still increasing. (environment) there is still pressure. How do we solve the problem of red beans? We developed the yew industry. The yew industry is not only pollution-free, it also pollute the environment. From the yew bonsai to our paclitaxel, to our health care, some comprehensive development and utilization will benefit the health of the people. At the same time, this industry will also reach 50 to 6 billion industrial scale in the future in 2015. It not only broke through the bottleneck of development, but also made a good exploration for the spanformation of the whole country.

Liu Ge: seeing business opportunities from technology

(today's observation commentator)

Why did the original clothing enterprises enter such an industry? I realized that when they were conducting such a scientific research attempt, the "economic half-hour" made a program called "Weeping yew", which is reflected in some parts of Yunnan where the Taxus chinensis has been cut down, because the bark of Taxus can extract taxol, and paclitaxel is a very effective medicine for treating cancer. Therefore, the Taxus that have been growing for hundreds of years and thousands of years have been robbed and stolen, and the enterprises feel very heartache and feel that they have a social responsibility, and there is also a business opportunity in it. Is it possible to develop it?

Actually, this process is very difficult. Yew grows mainly in the alpine zone of two or three kilometers above sea level. When spanplanted to the south of Wuxi, the process is very difficult. Now they bloom and bear fruit, and they can enjoy such a fruit. Because paclitaxel is very expensive now, there are cancer patients in my family. I have had experience. Imported paclitaxel, I grabbed four hands, worth more than 30000 yuan, very, very expensive. Now with the domestic paclitaxel, this price can be lowered, and many patients may continue to live.

Xiang Songzuo: the key to the successful spanformation of private enterprises

(today's observation commentator)

From the whole world, the sales volume of the global pharmaceutical industry has exceeded one trillion US dollars in 2010, and almost 17% of them, that is, 170 billion US dollars, belongs to the biopharmaceuticals we are talking about. According to the prediction of authoritative departments in China, by 2015, the scale of bio pharmaceuticals in China may exceed 80 billion to 100 billion US dollars, so the market prospect is very large, and its growth rate may be over 10% every year.

The spanformation of this enterprise into this industry is encouraged by the 36 non-state enterprises of the State Council. This case is actually a microcosm of tens of thousands of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China. They used to engage in the industry, said a little unkind, that is, the so-called three low industries, that is, low cost, low added value, low level of repeated competition, low value-added, dyestuff cost is relatively low, labor costs are relatively low, the cost of raw materials is relatively low and land costs are relatively low, but now these conditions have changed, so the three low mode has made it difficult for many enterprises to do so, so the spanformation and upgrading of private enterprises is not a very easy topic, nor is it a very easy topic. Many enterprises are forced to be forced to, but have to turn.

When I go to Wenzhou and go to Dongguan, I go to many places to see. Many private enterprises say that my industry can still go on now, but the more difficult it becomes, the less profit it has, the less attention it will pay. So the enterprise in this case is starting to spanform, but it has not yet been completed. Is it possible for him to go to the cancer treatment enterprise in the future? We certainly hope that he can successfully complete the spanformation, which will take a long time to observe.

I sincerely hope that this enterprise can be spanformed successfully, but from clothing to biopharmaceuticals, this is totally two different industries. Successful cases of this spanformation are rare in the history of world enterprises. For example, NOKIA used to be a timber business, making wood, machinery, furniture and so on. Now it has become a giant in the world mobile communication. This is a rare success story. About spanformation, there are two difficulties. Many enterprises can not solve it.

First, it has no core technology; second, the core high-tech talents, which are second bigger bottlenecks. I went to the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta to see, in fact, many entrepreneurs have a headache is to spanform, but can not find talent in this area. Without talent, even if you buy core technology from outside, buy core patents, but whether the future echelon has been formed? This is the core problem faced by many enterprises in China. There is a state-level medical high-tech zone in Taizhou, Jiangsu, which has developed quite well in recent years. They put forward the slogan of four one thousand, that is, they should introduce one thousand world-class pharmaceutical products to buy the patent; they will create one thousand new high-tech pharmaceutical enterprises; they will introduce one thousand high-tech talents; their output value will reach one hundred billion at least during the "12th Five-Year" period. In fact, the core is two, one is the introduction of one thousand talents, the other is the introduction of one thousand most advanced patents. For many private enterprises, where to buy core technology? Talent is scarce resources all over the world. How can talent be introduced? When private enterprises want to enter a new industry, they must seriously ponder whether there is talent reserve is particularly critical.

How can land resources, labor costs, private enterprises face development bottlenecks? Policy guidance and support? How can the spanformation of private enterprises change from quantitative to qualitative?

As a traditional textile and garment production enterprise, the red bean suit production workshop is still busy, but we notice that this display screen used to distribute work and progress has been dusty, and it can be seen that it has been used for a long time. The workshop manager said that a few years ago, every day had to work overtime until ninety p.m., and now the main function here is to undertake the model shop. Most of the production tasks have been outsourced to other enterprises, and the workload is much smaller than before.

Zhou Guanhua (suit management): as we sell domestically, some of the work clothes we receive are all outsourced to some other factories nearby.

Liu Ge (commentator on financial channel): why do we need to outsource it to other factories?

Zhou Guanhua: because we are now upgrading the whole group and outsourcing some production, we can concentrate on the design and development of the brand.

On the bulletin board, we can see that the top five workers earn the highest monthly salary, the first is 5953 yuan, and the fifth is 4753 yuan. As a whole, the average wage of workers in this suit workshop is more than 3000 yuan. How to reduce labor cost and land resource constraints has become a difficult problem faced by private enterprises.

Liu Ge: at the headquarters of the red bean group, I saw such a sand table. This is a sand table in the economic development zone. This economic development zone is not built in Wuxi, but in the port of Sihanouk in Kampuchea. The port of Kampuchea is the largest deep-water port in the province. In this Development Zone, we see the facilities are very complete. This is a business district, this is a residential area, this is a playground, this is a research area, and this is a research and development area, which is a storage and energy base. Then, the whole film is built for the light textile industry, and now more than a dozen Chinese enterprises have been admitted here.

The overall planning area of the Sihanouk port special economic zone in Kampuchea is 11.13 square kilometers, which is jointly constructed by several Wuxi enterprises such as the red bean group and the Kampuchea international investment and development group under the guidance of the development strategy of the state going out. It is one of the first overseas trade cooperation areas of the Ministry of Commerce of China, and is also one of the first six overseas economic and trade cooperation zones confirmed by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of finance.

Dai Yuee (general manager of Kampuchea Sihanouk port Special Economic Zone Co., Ltd.): 30% of the infrastructure of the industrial park is supported by state funds. In fact, our industrial park is actually building a platform for some private enterprises in China.

Kampuchea has abundant labor resources and low labor cost. Taking the textile industry as an example, at present, the monthly salary of a Chinese textile worker is 3000 yuan, while in Kampuchea it is only about 700 yuan. The scale of 1000 workers in an enterprise can save about 20000000 yuan a year. In addition, it also avoids trade barriers of some developed countries, enjoys Kampuchea's tax preferences, and also promotes the employment of tens of thousands of people.

Su Jie (Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia Consulate General in Shanghai): thanks to the Kampuchea special economic zone built by the red bean group, it provides a large number of employment opportunities for the Kampuchea people and has made great contributions to Kampuchea's economic development.

Some opinions of the State Council on encouraging and guiding the healthy development of private investment suggest that encourage private enterprises to go out and actively participate in international competition. In Wuxi, enterprises have been built abroad to share resources in the international market, which has become the exploration of many private enterprises.

Liu Ge: a new way out for three low Enterprises

(today's observation commentator)

In fact, many enterprises have come to the present, especially the original three low enterprises, which are labor-intensive enterprises. There are two bottlenecks that will restrict them to move forward, one is the bottleneck of labor cost, the other is the bottleneck of land, and these two bottlenecks are hard constraints.

In terms of labor cost, a textile factory three years ago, in the Yangtze River Delta region, has a salary of more than 3000 from one thousand to five hundred or six hundred a month. We saw in the factory that in the factory's first place in the month, his wage income has reached more than 5900 yuan, and this is still very little overtime. In the past few years, many textile factories like this had to work overtime in the evenings until 89 o'clock in the evening and ninety o'clock on Saturday. It is basically a situation like nine to five. Because businesses can't afford to hire so many workers, they turn more jobs to some smaller businesses.

In addition, in the central and western regions, the competition for this kind of labor force is also very obvious. I went to the workshop and asked, many of the workers came from the central and western parts of the country. He thought the factory was already very good, but you asked him if he would stay here all the time. Most people were a negative answer. Because the wages of his hometown have come up, so if you want to work in this industry, there is no way to solve this problem. In addition, the land in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta generation is also very scarce, which leads to the need to take two roads, one is to go up, one is to go outside. Going up is going to the high end of the industrial chain, and it should focus more on product design and marketing. Like many foreign enterprises, they are more of a design and marketing, and gradually extend the process of processing. The other way is to go out, like Kampuchea, where labor costs are very low, and now the state is supporting such enterprises to go outside. Our country is working with several third world countries to set up some special economic zones and invite tenders in private enterprises, such as red beans. Why does such an enterprise win the bid? Because it is not only a developer of a development zone, but also brings many local related enterprises, even the enterprises it commissioned to process, to Kampuchea. Therefore, it is a new way to go up and out of the original labor intensive industries.

Xiang Songzuo: there are thousands of ways to spanform private enterprises.

(today's observation commentator)

I think the successful spanformation of private enterprises is mainly within the industry. For example, today we talk about clothing, machinery manufacturing, electronics and other industries, and say that these industries can not seem to go on, but these industries are not unnecessary, these industries will always need. For example, clothing industry, with the improvement of people's living standards, the clothing market will become bigger and richer.

In fact, China's private enterprises are more emancipating their minds and giving full play to their imagination. There are many ways for enterprises to go out. Besides moving to Africa and moving to Southeast Asia, they have low labor costs and go to our own Midwest. What is more important is that we need to find the basis of your existence in an industry. For example, how do you set up your brand? Many of our clothing industry is now subcontracting to foreigners. If we can make our own brand, even if the market share of this brand is very small, I do very well. In fact, many enterprises in Europe, America and Japan are not very big in market volume, but in a very specialized market. I can get a good year every year. This market is always doing very well and very fine, making the brand very elegant and very tasteful. This may be one of the ways to spanform Chinese enterprises in the future, that is, to spanform themselves within their own industries.

Second, you have to realize that your enterprise can not survive forever. After you do something to a certain extent, you feel that you are already powerless, or there is already enough refreshment and lack of strength. Then you don't do it. You can turn off the business, you can also sell the business to other enterprises and promote the integration of the industry. You can withdraw the funds and become an investor. For example, you can make a VC, do a PE, you can invest in other industries, even though you do not understand this industry. For example, you especially like the biomedical industry, and even you like the military technology industry, then you invest money, you as a pure shareholder, this is also a spanformation. It is not because I am a boss, I am a spanformation, or I must be a one hundred percent shareholder. I am an entrepreneur. This concept needs to be changed.

Liu Yingqiu: we should give private enterprises support in policy.

(today's observation commentator), director of the center for private economy research, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences

As an enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen investment in human capital, including managers, operators, practical workers, and improve their skills in production, operation and management. From the national level, we should guide and guide the development of private enterprises and give them support in policy. For example, in commercial banks, we need to set up a financing convenience window for small and medium enterprises, and develop more small, regional, and village oriented banks to solve the financing problems of private enterprises and provide financing convenience. This spanformation also needs the support of the state finance, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out technological spanformation, technological innovation, trial production of new products and apply for loans. We propose to give interest payments to such loans, and obtain loans from banks to facilitate the system. This system is not paid by this innovative spanformation oriented enterprise, which is borne by our financial burden and has a driving force of leverage.

Xiang Songzuo: private enterprises can not be determined to make subtraction in the choice of industries.

(today's observation commentator)

I know a private enterprise, it has communication, bridge, medicine, and real estate and so on six or seven industries, each industry seems to make money. There is also an enterprise, the boss or the vice president of the Federation of industry and commerce, he spoke very frankly, he said I have four business, but my four business, in fact, I want to give up, but these four businesses are now making money, I think it is a pity to give up, in fact, many private enterprises are in this state of entanglement and anxiety, he can not be determined to do subtraction, that is to concentrate the money and energy together, to do a very good job.
