After studying and repeated arguments, Ling Feng bleach dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd. decided to invest two hundred million yuan to pform the existing production technology and introduce the air dyeing machine technology and equipment of Hongkong Lixin group to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction to the maximum.

The air flow dyeing machine is also called the gas dynamic air flow dyeing machine. Compared with the current overflow dyeing machine, it can save more than 50% of water consumption, reduce electricity consumption by 33%, and reduce dye 15%-45%, auxiliary 40%-60% and steam by more than 60%.

The technical equipment originated from Germany was first included in the recommended catalogue of the first batch of advanced technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in China's printing and dyeing industry as early as 2007. In 2009, it was awarded the "thirty years of reform and opening up to promote the major technological progress award for China's textile industry upgrading" by the China Textile Engineering Association, and began to promote in Zhejiang and other places.

At present, a company in our city has taken the lead in introducing an air stream dyeing machine to trial, and the introduction of dozens of enterprises such as Ling Feng bleaching and dyeing weaving Co., Ltd. is the first in dyeing and finishing industry in our city.
