Managers' effective ways to learn to cope in a stressful situation can improve their coping ability and work efficiency, so stress is a powerful tool to improve people's motivation level.

There are many reasons for the pressure, and we should pay attention to the five principles when we carry out stress management in light of the characteristics of the pressure of domestic entrepreneurs and employees.


First, the principle of moderation.

Stress management is not a matter of ignoring the economic benefits of the organization, but simply reducing employee pressure and maximizing employee satisfaction.


Second, the specific principles.
