The Circular32/2009/TT-BCT1 provision was signed in November 5, 2009 and came into effect on December 20, 2009.
The regulation is limited to Vietnam.

The content of formaldehyde and aromatic amines in textiles produced and imported into Vietnam and Vietnam markets.
But export products are not included in this restriction.
The regulations exempted the following items:
Fabric used in the construction industry;
The automobile and tire industry and Bri used in motorcycles;
Special requirements for fireproof clothing;
Other special requirements for industrial canvas?
